By registering for BotikaPro, you agree to the following terms:
1. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and pharmacy data. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the system in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and pharmacy practice standards.
3. Receipts & Invoicing
Important: BotikaPro does not generate official receipts or invoices. You remain solely responsible for providing your own compliant receipts and invoices to customers as required by law. We are not liable for any failure to provide legally compliant documentation.
4. Trial Period & Subscription
The trial period lasts 14 days from the date of registration. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with prior notice.
5. Data Privacy & Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You agree not to upload or store any information that violates applicable privacy laws. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to provide core services (e.g., hosting).
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use BotikaPro for any illegal activity, to distribute malware, to harass others, or to infringe intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the system will be disabled. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotikaPro and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the service.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms with notice (via email or dashboard announcement). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BotikaPro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BotikaPro regarding your use of the service.
